School Facilities Usage

The Bellwood-Antis School District Board of School Directors recognizes that although the primary purpose of the school buildings, facilities and property is to provide students with an appropriate learning environment, the Board may make school facilities available to individuals and community groups without discrimination and in accordance with Board Policy 707- Use of Facilities, provided the use does not interfere with the educational program of the schools.

 

All facility use requests are completed online.  The district has recently updated the Use of Facilities calendar, and you should discard any previously saved links. Staff and Faculty, skip to the next section.

 

 

The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account follow the link below to the Use of Facilities Calendar and then click on the "Need an Account?" button.  Follow the prompts provided.

 

 

Your accounts are automatically generated.  Follow the link below to the Use of Facilities Calendar and then click on the "Log in with SSO" button.

 

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the "New Request" link at the upper-right of the screen.
